About MeHi, I'm Tony. I build websites you can edit yourself.
I'm a freelance web designer based in Huntington Beach, building websites for schools, small businesses, and organizations all over Orange County.
I'm a one man show, and I keep it that way on purpose. When you work with me, you get me, start to finish.
Why I keep it a one person shop
I run a small, USA based web design company called AR WebSolutions, Inc., out of my home office here in Huntington Beach. I could hire a team and take on twice the work. I don't, because I like making sure every client is taken care of the right way.
With a bigger agency, you'd meet the salesperson, then get handed to a project manager, who hands you to a designer you never talk to. With me, the person you meet on day one is the same person who designs your site, builds it, launches it, and answers the phone when you need help a year later.
I've been building websites for over 20 years. Early on I found that WordPress wasn't just blogging software. It's a complete content management system that lets my clients run their own sites. That changed everything about how I work, and I've been a WordPress guy ever since.
Outside of web design, I've spent more than 30 years coaching youth sports. It sounds unrelated, but it taught me most of what I know about listening, planning, and following through. That's a big reason you'll see so many school and sports team sites in my client list.
